DANIEL LUCIAN GODOROGEA is an attorney-at-law with extensive experience in civil law, practicing within the Cluj Bar Association since 2004 and qualifying as an insolvency practitioner in 2010, when he became a member of the National Union of Insolvency Practitioners in Romania (UNPIR). Holding a Law Degree from the Faculty of Law at “Dimitrie Cantemir” University in Cluj-Napoca, Dan deepened his understanding of the legal mechanisms governing market economies within a state ruled by law through Master’s studies in Business Law, which further consolidated his expertise in handling complex litigation.
In 2006, he established his own law office and has since successfully operated in core practice areas such as civil law, insolvency law, and urban planning law. He has represented financial institutions in litigation concerning the annulment of credit agreements and mortgages, as well as in large-scale judicial reorganization proceedings. His professional approach is built on a thorough knowledge of statutory regulations and a pragmatic vision for solutions, enabling efficient dispute resolution and the protection of his clients’ interests.
Specializing in civil law, with a particular focus on insolvency and urban planning, Dan provides legal advice and assistance to clients facing complex matters in these fields. His background includes managing major judicial reorganization projects, challenging building permits, and resolving commercial disputes between professionals.

FLOREAN BIANCA-TEODORA is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at “Babeș-Bolyai” University in Cluj-Napoca, class of 2018.
She initially worked as a paralegal, gaining solid experience in drafting legal documentation—both for advisory matters and procedural litigation filings—managing client portfolios, and conducting research on statutory amendments.
She became a member of the Cluj Bar Association and joined our team in 2024.
As a dynamic and meticulous professional constantly seeking opportunities for personal and professional growth, she also passed the certification examination for Data Protection Officer (DPO).
Since the onset of her legal career, her practice has focused primarily on civil law, offering legal advisory services predominantly to commercial entities, as well as providing legal assistance and representation for natural and legal persons before courts of law.

IULIA PĂȘTINARU graduated from the Faculty of Law at “Babeș-Bolyai” University in Cluj-Napoca in 2024, defending her Bachelor’s thesis entitled “Legal Qualification of Service Contracts”.
Upon passing the bar admission examination, Iulia became a member of the Cluj Bar Association and joined our team in 2024.
She is fluent in English. During her undergraduate studies, she served as Secretary-General of the Law Students’ Association (Organizația Studenților în Drept) within the Faculty of Law and actively participated in organizing and coordinating various projects—activities that provided her with both legal expertise and multidisciplinary skills.
Her primary areas of interest focus on private law, specifically civil law, across matters such as special contracts, property rights, and the law of obligations, as well as adjacent fields including commercial law, administrative offense law, urban planning law, labor law, and competition law. She provides legal representation during pre-litigation stages as well as before courts of law.

BOANGĂR GEORGIA CRISTINA is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at “Babeș-Bolyai” University in Cluj-Napoca, class of 2022.
During her undergraduate studies, Georgia gained experience in the legal sector working as a paralegal for several individual law practices and law firms. During this stage, she acquired direct exposure to the practical aspects of the legal profession by handling administrative matters, drafting procedural documents, and liaising with public administration institutions and various legal professionals—experiences that consolidated her practical background in the field.
Georgia was admitted to the Cluj Bar Association in 2023 and joined our team in 2026.

Ioana holds a Law Degree from the Faculty of Law at “Babeș-Bolyai” University in Cluj-Napoca, class of 2022.
Since entering the legal profession, Ioana has focused primarily on insolvency law, commercial law, and corporate law, including commercial disputes between professionals, providing legal representation in pre-litigation stages as well as before courts of law.
Additionally, she has acquired solid experience in civil law and related practice areas, land registration and cadastral law, labor law, administrative offense law, and, tangentially, criminal law in connection with court-appointed legal aid.

Bențo Ștefana Raluca a absolvit studiile Facultății de Drept din cadrul Universității Babeș-Bolyai din Cluj-Napoca, promoția 2025.
Pe parcursul studiilor a dobândit experiență relevantă prin participarea la numeroase stagii de practică axate pe ramura dreptului civil și a celor adiacente acestuia, dar și în sfera dreptului penal.
În prezent, își desfășoară activitatea în calitate de consilier juridic, fiind specializată în domeniul dreptului insolvenței, al dreptului civil și al publicității mobiliare.
În activitatea sa, oferă asistență și consultanță juridică în domeniile de competență, abordând fiecare speță cu profesionalism, rigurozitate și atenție la detalii, în vederea identificării celor mai eficiente soluții juridice, adaptate nevoilor fiecărui client.

MIHAI MICLEA holds a Law Degree from the Faculty of Law at “Babeș-Bolyai” University in Cluj-Napoca and joined our team in 2024.
Mihai is fluent in English, holding a Cambridge English certification, and speaks conversational German.
Since the beginning of his legal practice, he has focused primarily on civil law and its related branches, administrative law, and commercial law, with a special emphasis on corporate insolvency.
Additionally, Mihai has accumulated solid experience in the publication/registration of insolvency proceedings (Buletinul Procedurilor de Insolvență), personal property publicity (publicitate mobiliară), conducting asset inventories, and drafting all necessary documentation for insolvency procedures.

RUS IRINA LUMINIȚA is a Chartered Accountant and a certified member of the Body of Expert and Licensed Accountants of Romania (CECCAR) since 2017.
In her professional practice, she provides comprehensive financial-accounting, bookkeeping, and advisory services for commercial companies, non-profit entities, and self-employed individuals.
She places strong emphasis on rigor, accuracy, and delivering tailored solutions to meet each client’s specific needs, offering continuous support in managing accounting and tax compliance throughout the entire lifecycle of a business entity.
Additionally, she possesses extensive expertise in drafting financial and accounting documentation required for voluntary dissolution and liquidation procedures, working in close collaboration with the legal team to ensure efficient, seamless, and legally compliant operations.
